How To Make This Your Most Successful Year Yet

Today I want to start this post with a question:

How do I reach success?

If you are reading this post, maybe it is because you are at a turning point in your life.  You need to change something that helps you reach your goals and objectives.
Maybe you feel lost and don’t see where to go. Maybe you are just looking for a way to improve your current situation, increase productivity and follow your dreams. It’s time for you to hit a new success.

I prepared for you 25 HABITS from the biggest achievers, so you can start including them in your daily life.

Reach success in whatever field we challenge ourselves IS POSSIBLE.
Of course, it is!
Whether it is a long term challenge or smaller things in a shorter period of time, for both your personal or professional life, you can achieve whatever you set out to do. Believe it or not this is a matter of HABITS you need to develop.
 
My list of successful habits is for women entrepreneurs who want to become girl bosses or mothers who want to organize their life in the best possible way. These success tips are for everyone who could need a little bit of motivation.

We tend to believe that success has to do with luck and money, but if you look at history you will see that successful people have achieved their goals through hard work, effort and integration of certain habits in their daily life.  This helps them achieve those goals through perseverance.

Success is achieved from a very basic place : the mind.

Achievement is a way of thinking and acting through your goals.

It’s very important to identify which habits bring something positive into our lives. What determines the outcome in whatever you undertake is your habits, your mentality, and the way you respond to the circumstances you encounter, in other words, your attitude towards life!

 

HOW DO HABITS HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?

One of the keys to success is to maintain habits that are geared towards achieving it and believing in yourself. For example, if one of your goals is to run a marathon, it will be harder for you to achieve it if you don’t have the habit of exercising. You must make some changes in those habits that are counterproductive, such as quit smoking (if that is the case), leading a less sedentary lifestyle, improving your diet, running a few more blocs a day, etc.
 

HABITS = CONTROL = POWER

Before integrating new habits into your life, you should first identify those that benefit you and help you achieve each of your goals.

Once you have identified them, it is time to put some of them into practice as a daily routine.

Focus on setting daily, weekly, monthly, and even annual goals. Without goals you can’t celebrate achievements, you need them to guide you in life. With nothing tangible to work with, you will be lost.

Take time, for example, to exercise and improve your energy and self-esteem.  Feed your soul, mind and body, surrounding yourself with people who share your way of thinking. Keep in mind that great friendships can help you reach your goals faster. Do what you really like and dedicate your time to things that make you truly happy.

Remember: don’t postpone until tomorrow what you can do today. Make a list of things you have to do and do the most important ones, don’t go on to the next one without having finished the previous one, pursue your goal until you get it, whatever it takes.

Know your strengths, invest in them, and keep to improve yourself every day. We all have strengths and weaknesses, defects and virtues. To succeed, it is essential to build on those strengths, and invest on your virtues!

In addition, I want to give you some advice that helped me a lot when I reorganized my life. To get what I really wanted in both my personal and professional success, I used the technique of visualization.

Improve the image you have of yourself and the world around you, so that your goals grow towards higher goals. We tend to have pessimistic thoughts such as “I’m not good enough at this” or “I’m not capable of that”.

 
Remember that: 

Perception is reality.

Limiting beliefs not only limit your own power, but affect the way others perceive you and the way you perceive others, limiting interactions. 
 
Visualize yourself as you want to be. Write it down and also visualize the way you will act in the most difficult moments. These habits are the basis for you to start achieving your own success.  By repeating this process daily, 7 days a week, little by little those thoughts will become your reality!
 
Start asking you the right questions, and find the way to acquire those habits that will lead you to the path of success. This is also a process where you REMOVE those bad habits that are holding you back or slowing your path.
