March is finally here and with it we are all feeling the spring vibes. Warmer sunnier days are taking place and we are ready to leave winter energy behind. 

Something really special happens every month of March, we can refill our energy level during the fabulous SPRING EQUINOX.  This day marks the moment the Sun crosses the celestial equator – the imaginary line in the sky above the Earth’s equator – from south to north and vice versa in September. In the Northern Hemisphere, the Vernal (Spring) Equinox marks the first day of astronomical spring.

In many cultures around the world, ancient and modern, it is believed that this date is a moment where mother nature’s energy it’s at its fullest and we can resource our batteries, absorbing universal positive energy by connecting our bodies and spirits to mother earth’s vibration. 

Whether you have experienced this in the past or you are new to it, the March equinox is a lovely moment to think about who you are, where you are going and what kind of energy you want to attract to your life. As a precursor to the “Law of Attraction”, I have seen my life rapidly change and evolve in a highly positive way. Now I see energy as something that transforms your life and alignment is always essential to quickly connect with your inner you. 

Tradition says it’s better to wear white clothes during Spring equinox. It is believed that white colour enhances your vibration while black diminishes it. In order to better connect with the “source energy” of the earth, you should be wearing white clothes.
